Corporate Culture Guru Thomas Martin Joins the SGEi Family in February

LAS VEGAS (January 31, 2014) – SGEi is happy to announce the hire of world-renowned corporate culture consultant Thomas Martin as the new VP of Culture and Learning. Thomas will guide the creative team in the design of all cultural programming and learning experiences worldwide, and in the development of the company’s facilitation team.


“Thomas brings a rich background of hospitality experience to the team, including brand launches, hotel repositionings, resort openings and human resource management restructuring efforts,” said Shane Green, Founder of SGEi. “We are lucky to be joined by such a distinguished speaker and corporate culture expert.”


Thomas will begin his role as the VP of Culture and Learning this week. His experience as the VP of Learning, Culture and Recruitment at Denihan Hospitality Group, and as W Hotels’ Corporate Director of Training and Brand Standards, will aid him in his new role. Thomas is also known for leading Falling Rock Resort to its Five-Diamond Award from AAA, which was earned within the resort’s first year of operation.
