Culture Hacker Assessment
Shane Green will utilize the Culture Hacker Assessment to help understand the cultural priorities and needs of the organization. His team will use an in-depth survey and focus group interviews to assess how various levels of the organization see their culture and then rate the delivery of key activities, mechanisms, and managers that define the organization’s employee experience.
